The company is primarily engaged in the wholesale trade of pharmaceutical goods and other related products. Incorporated in January of 1995, it was formerly known as Recordati Espana SL. The company has a registered office located in Utebo, Zaragoza in Aragon, Spain. The company is involved in the distribution and sale of a wide range of biological and medical products, botanical drugs and herbs, and pharmaceutical products intended for internal and external consumption in such forms as ampoule's, tablets, capsules, vials, ointments, powders, solutions and suspensions. The company is a subsidiary of Recordati S.p.A., an international pharmaceutical group which is listed on the Italian Stock Exchange (Reuters RECI.MI, Bloomberg REC IM, ISIN IT 0003828271) with a total staff of around 4,000, dedicated to the research, development, manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceuticals.
